"There was zero communication i asked for earlier check in which no one responded after saying they would check if we could we did show up early and i had messaged several times that all we needed was a place to put luggage again no response! Upon arrival seat had no record of our booking we needed a QR code which we never received! finally did get into room and pictures on hotels.com we’re definitely from another room and view because room actually was located pretty much in the parking lot! I’ll never do this again then host sent a nasty response that it was all my fault!! "

"We liked that the pools were big, beautiful and clean. The beach was quiet and sandy. The staff were friendly. There was space in the condo for 5. We liked the heated pool on the beach as the other pools were quite cold. The kitchen was sufficiently supplied. We didn’t like the noise coming from next door due to poor insulation. The property is fairy new but aging quickly due to weather and poor upkeep. The AC units dripped when used for more than a few hours. We could have used some beach chairs in the unit. "
