Nice rooms in a safe convenient location at a reasonable price. Only down side is the hot water would not work. Seemed to be isolated to my room.

The front desk service was awful. She was rude and short about everything. Overall, the room was nice other than lack of outlets.

Bathroom needs painted, shower door rusty, toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall with a hole where it should be. The stairs needed swept, curtains down the stairs were torn.

This hotel is great! Right when you walk in the door, they make you feel very welcomed. The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. The beds are very comfortable. They serve breakfast from 6-9am. The breakfast spread is of a very good quality; make your own waffles, different yogurt flavors, different types of cereal, several different flavors of mufffins and bagels, toast, apples, etc. Along with apple and orange juice, coffee (decaffeinated as well), many different types of hot teas to choose from. The ONLY thing I would do differently when it comes to breakfast, is offer paper plates/bowls instead of Styrofoam; I've stayed at many other hotels and every time I would make waffles, I would put butter packets on a paper plate and set it on top of the waffle maker for the last 20-25 seconds of cooking, to soften the butter (because it's always cold and it's hard to spread cold butter). I did that here a couple of mornings ago, completely forgetting that Styrofoam MELTS!! And oh boy, within 5 seconds (maybe less) I had a smelly mess to clean up. But other than that, breakfast is great. The rooms here are very clean and spacious with lots of natural light. The gym equipment is kept very clean as is the heated indoor pool and hot tub.. YES, you read that correctly, they have an INDOOR HEATED POOL WITH A HOT TUB! AMAZING! 9 out of 10 I recommend staying here

Four and 1/2 star. Our stay was amazing . The first room that was given to us the door lock wasn't working. We addressed it to the front desk and immediately we moved to another room. We were fully satisfied with the service. Front desk and cleaners are all friendly. Room was perfectly clean. It's dated but what matters was it was comfortable and relaxing for an overnight stay. Love the LED mirror. Keep up the good work. We'll be going back for sure.

Some of the staff were not friendly. My room was not very clean. Bath towels were flimsy. No eggs or meat with the breakfast fare. Generally, the property looked in need of updating.

Upgraded to a mini suite per the Expedia website. Paid extra. Picture showed a couch with a separate space. Got to the room and it was tiny. Went to front desk. “All rooms are the same”. Went back to the room and opened the window only to find out that I was right above the garbage dump and employees had used the area for lunches and the stench was awful! Did not clean the room just emptied waste baskets. Pool was rented out for a kid’s birthday party with at least 25 little kids running wild. Have used this facility for years…it has now gone totally down hill!

I was traveling with a disabled person and the hotel had poor handicap accessibility i.e. front entrance to the lobby, room was cramped. Will never stay here again
