Dead roach smashed on wall. I would’ve just left but we arrived at 11 pm and had to be out by 7 am. The couch in the room was dirty. Never again! Restroom floors look filthy.

Check in was originally at 3 pm and there were several of us who had to wait over 30 minutes for rooms to be cleaned. Hot and cold water were inverted in the shower so that was a real pain to figure out. Room was clean and comfortable and close to dining.

Check-in wasn’t great, the guy wasn’t super friendly and definitely not knowledgeable of the area. The rooms and hotel was clean and nice so no issues there. Valet was CRAZY expensive and they charged for internet plus and extra $45-$50 in “service” fees on checkout.
