“My family booked a premium room at a wellness spa. This is not what we experienced. Access to the room was via a narrow staircase into the loft. No hand rails. Narrow steps. Basic health and safety issue. The room felt like a half converted loft. Curtains simply hid what was basically an area of junk. The bunk bed for the kids has a large spike just above it. If a child where to sit up quickly i they would put a hole in their head. The one loft window in the room is low down and...

“Evening meal is available but booking is necessary. The host prepared asparagus and chicken stuffed with spinach and rice. Continental breakfast was very nice with eggs of your choice if required. The en-suite was very spacious with a very nice large walk in shower. ”
