“First of all, to the receptionists: the easiest thing to fix is for yall to smile at your clients. Your faces looked like the rating of this property and that explains a lot. When you walk in, you immediately smell pee. Not sure if it was dog pee or baby pee but it was pee! There are stains up in the carpet and bags of trash out in the hallway. When I got to my room, the key card worked (thankfully), but as I entered I could immediately see the tattered curtains, and I noticed that the bolt...

“Staying here was definitely a "get what you pay for" situation. The room, while non-smoking, smelled like someone smoked in it for decades and the smell will probably never go away. The bed was made however the pillows looked like they were just tossed on the bed, leaving me to wonder when the bedding was last cleaned. Additionally the bed had significant depressions, leaving me to believe it was very old, or just super poor quality. The bathroom had a soft spot in the floor, right as you walk...

“Bare room, dirty floor, filthy old towels, burnt bedspread, curtains that only covered half the window! Dont stay here...”

“Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. But the motel was run down, turned on the light/exhaust fan was very loud, no telephone to call the front desk, elevators sounded like they needed some maintenance. They are upgrading the outside landscape, but nothing inside. That's all I got.”

“Hotel is under staffed. Had two ladies responsible for cleaning the entire hotel. We didn’t arrive until after six and they originally put us in a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Housekeeping took our keys and went downstairs to get us a room that was ready. Staff is very helpful just property doesn’t seem to be managed well. Also hot tub was out of service. No late check out available per front desk or you lose your deposit. Not likely to stay at this hotel again.”

“My mother and I were having some issues creating our boarding passes and the front desk agent Maya was extremely helpful. I wanted to give her a special thanks. I am a retired hotel manager myself and I know that great staffing can go a long way to giving the guests a great experience. I hope to return in 2 years and I also hope that Maya will still be there to check me in.”
