Lea Collins, the Guest Services Manager, was absolutely outstanding and compassionate when we had to cut our trip short due to illness. Be prepared to do some walking to get to the pools but other than that the resort is truly wonderful."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Lake Placid. The location is fantastic, close to the lake and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. One of our favorite features was the spacious lobby, which was a great place to relax and spend time during rainy days. Our children especially loved the projector room, which provided a fun movie-theater-like experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and it was clear that management takes great pride in maintaining the property and ensuring guests have an enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Lake Placid."
