Nice clean and comfortable beds, if you are looking just to sleep without having hotel amenities, this is the perfect place. Friendly staff, easy access by train or bus, clean bathrooms.
I'll definitely recommend specialy for large groups as we whole family 6 of us stayed in the same room and all have their own comfortable beds.
The staff was so friendly, the room was super clean and had everything that we needed and the property was right next to a bus stop. We loved our stay!
I really loved this place, it was clean and the beds are really spacious, they had Housekeeping cleaning and changing sheets everyday. It was a good 10/10 stay.
Everything was brand new, spotless, very safe area with comfortable and big beds. Transportation to city center was easy with a reliable bus in front of the property and tram at 10 minutes away. It was an amazing stay and looking forward to return!!
My mom and I stayed here two nights and it was a great experience. There is a lot of people speaking english here that were able to help us get transportation. There is a bus stop right outside the stay. It is 10-15 minutes from the city center and the FLR airport. It was a very modern stay with fun restaurants and shops near by.
Friendly staff and clean place but only giving it 3 stars because of the location. The location of this place is soooo bad! It’s super far from the city center and the transportation to get there is just as bad. Busses are always late as well so it’s not very convenient.
Super helpful and nice staff/people, nice to meet other fellow travellers from all around the world! Amazing prices and amenities + the housekeeping is top tier and consistent.
During our trip, we stayed in four different cities/rentals throughout Italy. Aparto Florence manifattura was by far our favorite. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in explaining how to get around the city, places to go, and recommendations. We had four in our group, the room was large enough for us to unpack what we needed, and very clean. Definitely recommend!
We got the room for handicap so there was no glass shower door in bathroom and it caused problems after showered. AC working great and room was clean and spacious- there were no microwave in common areas. Hairdryer was in front desk if you need to borrow one. Overall was good.
Very nice hostel, clean, huge, with all the necessity that you needed for any hostel. I will recommend this place for anyone who will book any hotel accommodation in Florence. Steven and the rest of the staff are awesome as well. Super helpful and friendly. It’s a bit walk from the tram but there are buses that are schedule outside the aparto.
Staff was very nice, check in was pleasant, room and bed comfortable, I just did not care for the location and arrived on a Sunday and very limited places open to eat. Good place if you want to rest, but not much around interesting.

Lots of construction around and the location is quite a distance from city center. Uber could not locate us… so definitely new/off the known path.
Staff and facilities were good. All was new and clean. We especially loved the use of laundry facilities.
Wow – we booked this before seeing any real photos since it’s brand new and only had design concepts online. It felt like a risk at the time, but honestly, it paid off in the best way. This place is incredible and looked exactly like the photos!
We booked a 4-person room (two bunks), and the space was huge. The beds are basically double-sized with privacy curtains, and the room itself had so much space to move around. There’s a bench with chairs, a full-length mirror, large lockers right at the entrance, and the bathroom was spotless, tidy, and spacious.
The hostel itself is so well thought out – they’ve got gorgeous common rooms to chill in, a coffee machine, vending machine, and even a cold water cooler (which is a lifesaver). The washing machine and dryer are completely free to use, and they even offer complimentary room service. Honestly, it felt more like a hotel than a hostel, it was that good.
It’s also in a little complex with shops, restaurants, and cafés, so you’ve got everything you need right there — the perfect spot! The vibe was so good that we actually looked forward to coming back each night… which is definitely not the usual hostel experience.
Highly, highly recommend this place. Location-wise, there’s a bus stop just around the corner that takes you into town with one change, or the metro pickup is about a 10–12 minute walk away. Super convenient and honestly such a win!
100% will be back if we’re ever in Florence again.
