The place was okay but the sheets were dirty looking and stained and so were all of our towels they had like brown looking dirt caked on them and then some like tan streaks on them

Great Hospitality

Amanda is the most welcoming and respectful hotel staff I've encountered in all my travels across the country. I would definitely recommend this hotel compared to others in the Muscle Shoals area. She's always accommodating and makes sure guests are well taken care of when they stay at her hotel. 10/10

The property and grounds were clean. The room was very comfortable and the staff was great. The reason I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness was that the were a couple of small bugs. Aside from that everything was Great

Management needs replaced!

This Hotel isn’t very clean , needs updated the bathroom shower/ tub leaked and the drywall connection to the shower was cracked down the whole wall! walls are very thin you can hear the people outside and next door! Seen 2 roaches in bathroom in the morning . The free Breakfast was very poorly done! Bed was comfortable and as only plus! Management needs work on customer service! Amanda the manager is very rude and cares more about sitting in a chair then fixing issues of hotel!

Curtain rod for shower curtain was bowed out away from wall and curtain was too short so didn't stay in the tub while showering so the floor got soaked when ever someone showered. Limited selection for breakfast

Floor in room was filthy as was the baseboards. Cigarette holes in linens. Very limited tv channels. Ice machine is a hit or miss as far as it functioning. Bugs come out in the evenings through the night. Will not go back and dont waste your time with reserving.
