The Ambassador Hotel in Florence was situated. Conveniently 2 mins from Santa Maria Novella train station. The staff were friendly and the hotel was pleasant. I had a single room which was small but adequate. The staff were friendly, and I really liked the girl who worked in the bar. Her name was Victoria.
