Clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful. They stored the luggage for us which is great because we had time to kill between check out and train schedule. Close to the train station and walkable to most of the sites.

The hotel is clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom were both comfortable. The area was a little noisy and a little dangerous as it is so close to the train station, but otherwise fine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for 3 nights and the room was great! Spacious, clean and nicely renovated. You can get water from the refill station at lobby. Super convenient to get around, hotel is very close to the train station. There's lots of food options nearby and a supermarket just beside the hotel. However, the toilet layout of Room 101 could have been better. Having a bathtub on top of a platform is dangerous and slippery with no handles to hold on to after a shower. Instead of a bathub, do consider building a standing shower in the future.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The room was super small, even for Italy. I could barely squeeze my wheeled luggage between the bed and the bathroom wall when entering the room. The procedure to get to the sink and mirror went like this: 1. The bathroom door opens only 45 degrees before bumping into the sink. 2. You squeeze in and step aside. 3. Close the door. 4. Now you can reach the sink. 5. To see yourself in the mirror, you have to press against the back of the door. And forget about the window — it faces a tiny internal shaft about 2×2 meters. Honestly, they’d be better off plastering it shut.

Good hotel, would stay here again

Did not interact much with the staff, the room was larger than expected and very clean. We had a comfortable stay here also thanks to the decent sound insulation. The location is quite close to the train station, while accessible it feels a bit unsafe at times.

Close to Firenze SMM & regional bus station

Convenient location for us as we were travelling by train. Next to Carrefour Express. Rooms were clean and of reasonable size given the strategic location. The lady at the reception desk gave us good recommendation for local food close to hotel.

European holiday

We had an amazing stay albeit the noise at this hotel. The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful. Room and bathroom were good size- clean and modern. Tea and coffee provided. Also they have free refreshments ie tea, coffee and cake in the lounge area which is a nice change. Location wise - 50m from Santa Maria Novella train station and easy walk to all the touristy areas. Will definitely stay here again if we do ever return to Florence,

Great location and property. We got a room with a large balcony with a great view of the Duomo. The day we checked in, the shower was not draining, but the staff fixed it quickly. The sofa bed triggered my daughter's allergies. No elevator to the 4th floor, only till 3rd floor.

It was convenient as it is located next to the main train station. I did not plan to stay here, but found an available room and grabbed it. The bed was very small and the hand towel in the restroom was used. They lent me an ironing machine when I asked for one.
