So lovely!! Very clean, quiet room with private bath and balcony. Cute and close to everything. The host was extremely helpful and kind. The shared kitchen space is clean, well organized and has all the little things you might need - tea, coffee, jam, etc. I would definitely recommend this suite, we loved it!

Great location, very convenient. The guesthouse is really secure and feels just like you are living in Florence for your trip. It is clean, well equipped and looked after nicely. The owner is lovely, extremely helpful and always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again should I come back to Florence in the future.

The apartment is conveniently located near the train station and walking distance to Il Duomo plaza, Ponte Vecchio and Mercado Centrale. The apartment has a community kitchen full equipped. Our room was clean and comfortable with a little cozy balcony where I was able to enjoy a glass of wine. And the best of all was the contact person Enis who check on us by messages and gave us good info about Florence attractions . Great communication and care. Well done. Definitely I will stay again here,

Our host Enis was extremely helpful and very quick to respond. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The kitchenette shared with 3 rooms had all the basics as described. Location was walkable to main attractions and the neighbourhood felt safe. Great experience

A beautiful room and the host went out of their way to make us feel welcome, despite never actually meeting the check-in process was seamless. The amenities were much appreciated although some instructions for the coffee machine would have been appreciated! Highly recommend

Super séjour Hébergement très calme Super contact avec le propriétaire qui est très disponible en cas de besoin Cuisine bien équipée avec plusieurs sortes de café, du thé, des biscottes, de la confiture, du Nutella a disposition Clim de la chambre fonctionne très bien et sans faire de bruit Un casier fermé à clé par chambre dans la cuisine partagée. Seul petit bémol les marches de l’escalier pour accéder à l’appartement sont assez hautes Je recommande 😀😀😀

Ficamos hospedados no Guest House, em Florença, e a experiência foi muito positiva. O ponto alto da propriedade é sua localização: do lado do mercado Central, estação de Santa Maria Novela, perto de todas as principais atrações turísticas. O check-in é extremamente fácil, todo feito por sistema de auto check-in, o que torna a chegada bem prática. A propriedade possui poucos quartos (3), e ficamos no quarto amarelo. O ambiente é confortável, amplo e acomodou muito bem três pessoas. O banheiro é pequeno, mas funcional, com água quente e tudo funcionando perfeitamente durante a estadia. A cozinha é compartilhada e bem equipada, permitindo até preparar pequenas refeições com tranquilidade, além de sisponibilizar cafe, chá e bolachinhas.geladeira, bolachinhas. Além disso, fomos muito bem assistidos pelo responsável da propriedade, que sempre nos atendeu prontamente quando precisamos, com toda a comunicação feita via WhatsApp, de forma prática e eficiente. Vale muito a pena pelo excelente custo-benefício.
