The hotel is off on a back alley which put us off at first. The location turned out to be very convenient. The hotel is no frills and doesn’t loon like the presenting photo. But it was fine for our needs. I would stay there again.

Pleasant stay

We had a very pleasant stay in Esperanza. The hotel service was excellent, the receptionist showed and recommended to us places to go and where to eat. The location is very good close to mostly museums and center. I can only recommend this hotel.

The hotel has all the essentials you need for a great trip to Florence. The room had air conditioning, which was such a blessing in the heat. It is very close to most of the sites, meaning, if you get too hot, just pop back for a break in the air conditioned room. It is very close to the train station also. The staff were lovely. The room also had a lovely balcony.

We enjoyed our stay in Florence. The hotel was close to the action, easy to find. Checkin was smooth and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The queen bed was two twins pushed together but everything was cozy and clean.

Great location ,close to downtown .lot of choices when it gets to dinning and shopping . We felt very safe .the stuff is amazing and very helpful . The only issue if you stay in the upper floors is there is no elevator

Nice room, clean with all the amenities needed. There is no elevator, so it is 65 steps to get to the third floor. Access to parking is hard and driving in the historic part of the city is difficult, so better to get walking, taxi or public transit.

Hotel Esperanza is truly an amazing hotel! The rooms are super comfortable and very clean. Everything has been thought through for the guests' convenience. The staff, in particular, is so attentive, always trying to assist with anything. You really feel at home here. Also, the hotel's location is fantastic! It's very close to the city center, which makes it easy to get to all the places you want to visit. So, you're not only comfortable but also get a great opportunity to explore the city. In short, Hotel Esperanza is the perfect choice for those looking for both affordable and quality accommodation!

Not too far from the main train station if you don't have heavy luggage to drag. It is on the first floor. There is no elevator. Reception is open from 0800-2000. Out of hours check in and check out has to be pre arranged. Reception staff is very friendly. You will be welcomed with a broad smile and an espresso. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is contemporary and clean. Most round are on 2nd and 3rd floor. Choose this for the convenience. River, most attractions, eating places and shopping places are within 1-1.5 km distance.

La atención del muchacho, no me sé su nombre, fue espectacular (si estás leyendo esto, ¡grazie!) El hotel tiene para mí la mejor locación, estás muy cerca de TODO, créeme, TODO, pero no se escucha nada dentro de las habitaciones, porque está en un callejón precioso. La habitación funciona bastante bien, el internet bien, la limpieza perfecta. 100% recomendado. Lo único malo es que si vienes con maletas grandes sufrirás un poco para subirla por las escaleras, pero el muchacho de recepción siempre nos ayudó, maravilloso todo. PD: nuestro tren salía una hora luego del check out, nos dejó dejar las maletas en el hotel y pudimos usar el baño PD2: Tienen un relojito en las habitaciones de lo más cool, puedes poner soniditos para dormir y alarmas, cuando llegue a casa, me compraré uno ¿genial, no? Loveit!
