Room was cozy but a bit small; breakfast was cute and good; there is a beautiful garden where to sit but there are mosquitoes (so bring your autan), the free parking is a great convenience. Hotel is a hidden gem next to bus stop line 11 so you get easily around Florence.

We had an great stay. The hotel is beautiful and has a old-timey feel. Plenty of parking. Check in was tricky because we arrived past reception closing time at night. The room was clean and had all the amenities. Air-conditioned in the June-July heat which was excellent. Breakfast was well stocked and fresh. Both kids and adults felt very welcome. The staff were very helpful. There was rain on the second day so there were a lot of mosquitoes and my kids got bit quite a bit. We got a lot of mosquito repellent and that helped. Make sure to keep the windows and doors closed and carry mosquito repellent in the summer. Recommend the hotel very much. Would happily stay here again!

A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!

Good place to stay with your family (nice and quiet rooms) and to park if you have a car, but note it is a 25 minute walk to the main areas. However you can take a taxi, the drink desk can call it or download the local taxi app (you cannot drive into the main areas if you don’t have a permit). Overall a good choice.

The property was very pretty and picturesque. Rooms were well maintained. Staff was very courteous and helped us with Tea Pot in the room. The bathrooms were not furnished with hair Conditioners. Air conditioning was not available

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, gave us good recommendations for restaurants and places to go. Breakfast was delicious! The hotel itself was average, not worth the price in our opinion. Our shower drain was clogged and water pooled in the corner of our bathroom. The walls are thin, we could hear other guests. It’s a beautiful property, but we probably wouldn’t stay again.

Only giving a 4 instead of a 5 for a few reasons. We didn't have breakfast so can't attest to how good it is. The shower was somewhat difficult to use due to the shower head not wanting to stay still. With that said it's in a good location pretty close to a bus stop which takes ~25 minutes to get to the tourist area or a 45 minute walk mostly downhill.

The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to downtown Florence. Breakfast was also acceptable. Our room was renovated and clean but extremely uncomfortable. The sitting area and bathroom were on the first floor and bedroom was upstairs. The ventilation was so poor that we had to leave the first floor windows wide open at night but they didn't have mosquito screens and we got tortured by mosquitos all night. We asked to be relocated but they said they were all booked. There was a bathtub in the bathroom but the drain cap was missing and they refused to provide us with one so we couldn't use the bathtub. The building is not equipped with elevator and the receptionist who showed us our room on the second floor, didn't offer to help us with our heavy luggage.

Sarvario was AMAZING! He made us feel welcome and comfortable. If we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable, he got it for us. He gave us all the information we needed to know about transportation and finding the best spots to eat. This property was clean and smelled good. The gates were closed at certain times of the night so I guess that helps with security. It’s uphill so if you’re walking, you’ll definitely get those quad muscles without even trying 😂. It’s about 10-25mins of a walk from nice restaurants. It is a 5-7minw walk to bus stops on either side. Downside is: - if you’re not driving, it’s a long walk from the gate to the building entrance. - The ground all stones so if you’re wheeling a box, it’s even harder. - Breakfast buffet was hella expensive. - Mosquitoes are outside because it has natural vegetation (inside, they have a wallflower that smells great and repels mosquitoes), so you’ll be fine. In all, I’d stay here again!

We chose the property due to location and free parking. However, we found the rooms to be run down and dirty. For the cost per night, we left feeling disappointed in the quality of the space, as we were also dealing with stink bugs, mosquitoes, and other small bugs in the room. The service was very good, but we unfortunately don’t see ourselves staying there again.

Our flight was delayed, and we arrived after 9 PM. By then, everyone had left, and the yard gate was closed, so we couldn’t even access the property. We also noticed that one of the beds was falling apart, which we had to report before it was fixed. That same night, the bathroom drain became clogged, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. Although they sent a plumber to fix the issue the following day, it was still an unpleasant experience. The breakfast was also quite average, with very limited options. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to these inconveniences.
