The accommodation is conveniently located next to the railway station. Clarissa, the host, was kind, friendly and very responsive with her communications. While the room was a tad small, it was cozy and very clean.

The property does not fit the traditional concept of a hotel — there is no reception or on-site support during the stay, which may impact the experience for guests seeking convenience and continuous assistance. Monica and Clarissa are extremely kind and attentive, which is certainly a positive point and deserves recognition. However, some operational aspects compromise the overall experience. The location is not easy to find, especially for first-time visitors. Breakfast must be scheduled in advance, which reduces the spontaneity and practicality typically expected from this type of accommodation. Additionally, the mattress in the room shows clear signs of wear and should be replaced as a matter of urgency. Overall, despite the warm hospitality, the structure and logistics still fall short. For these reasons, it would not be an option I would choose again.

Convenient hotel

Very close to train station and bus terminal for The Mall and other places such as Siena, walkable distance to attractions in florence. The owner is friendly and helpful in explaining places to visit. Room and bathroom are clean but small, breakfast is at the downstairs cafe but it is always so busy that we have to wait for long for our coffee and food. Breakfast on sunday is served in our room but since we didnt eat them in the morning (they were mostly snacks and juice/yougurt etc that we plan to eat later in the day) but were taken away after room cleaning.

The receptionist was FANTASTIC, but when we arrived the blankets and pillows still seemed damp. The fragrance in the rooms was very over powering. Also Did notice the shower paint was chipping off and had rust everywhere. And above the window seals there is black mold growing. Which needs to be addressed.

I Sleep was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They have only limited time for check in - 2:00-4:00 pm something we didn't know in advance. I lost my camera on the train so we were delayed in getting there while we were reporting it. We arrived at 6:45 pm, only 40 minutes past the end time and were charged an additional 30 Euros for this. Even worse, we were locked out of the building and made repeated phone calls for over 40 minutes before the manager responded. Luckily a work man let us into the building and a guest into the hotel are. We are two older ladies travelling alone - the street was questionable (creepy) and we had big bags. Then when the manager came, he was mad at us for ruining his evening! Our room was so small and cramped we could hardly move and there was nowhere to put our suitcases, not even to unpack. Breakfast food was brought in at 7:30 am but no one stayed to greet guests or help. There was not enough of anything -- six plates, six eggs, etc. with eight quests in the hotel. There were rules posted everywhere, e.g. 50 Euro fine for putting your feet on the wall on the outside shared balcony. The manager took our money for three nights stay, plus late fee and city tax before we even saw the room or we would have changed hotels. We were stuck there three nights and only saw the manager one other time. Terrible experience.

Corrado and francesco were very friendly and made check in so easy. They were accommodating and flexible with our arrival time and so quick to respond on email. Room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Lovely touch with the welcome gift and anniversary wishes. Wish we'd booked a room with a terrace as views and sunsets were stunning. Breakfast was more than sufficient for us, good use of space. We found it was better than some of the bigger hotels we stayed at in venice and verona. The only thing we didnt like was the threat of charging for staining the sheets. Now we wouldnt want to do so but it made us super paranoid about even sitting on the bed. Maybe we are just anxious people. All in all, fabulous stay and id highly recommend.

Property was neat and tidy. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great with a bus stop outside the front door. There is also a coin laundry next door which was handy. The only thing I would fault is the is no common area to sit in. There is an outdoor balcony but no indoor couch area

バルコニーからのロケーションも角の部屋ということもあり、夕食はこのバルコニーからで間違いありませんでした。アメニティーも問題なく、スタッフも感じがとても良かったです。2泊しましたが、まだ連泊しもっと楽しみたかったです。

Petit lit mais bon emplacement

Vraiment un très chouette endroit. Bien situé, la décoration agréable. Le petit déjeuner est correcte, pas de pain mais des viennoiseries. Juste un petit détail, la chambre est vraiment très petite avec un lit de 140 cm pour deux, ce qui est vraiment pas très confortable. Sauf si vous êtes en couple !!!

Muito boa a localização. Facil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos. Porém foi dificil acha o hotel. Não tem placa indicativa e os vizinhos nem sabem que ali tem esse hotel. Mas no geral foi excelente.
