Francesca at the front desk was excellent got us checked in a bit early the room in excellent condition, bathroom renovated very clean, the bedrooms and beds are excellent we slept very good and the rooms were nice and cool with the extreme hot days in Florence and all of Europe. This property is a close walk to the train to the airport. The property is located on a safe corner that is almost at the foot of a bridge making it easy to visit many areas quickly. The room was large, clean, with modern elements and quiet. The staff was very attentive and helpful with my questions. I was traveling alone to Florence for the first time and this property helped make my stay easy, safe and enjoyable. I would recommend this property to others and stay again myself.
