모든 면에서 좋았던 호텔
별관에 머물렀습니다. 공항에서 호텔까지 이동도 편하고, 호텔 근처에 버스, 트렘, 수상버스 등이 모두 가깝게 있어서 피렌체에서 지내는 동안 불편함이 없었습니다. 직원들도 친절하고, 식사도 정성스럽게 준비한 느낌을 받았구요. 다시 피렌체에 간다면 다시 이 호텔에 가고 싶다고 생각합니다.

love to stay here again
The best thing about this hotel was the location. It is located 5 minutes away from the Vechio Bridge which is always so crowded, and also right infront of the river which gives you a great view. The building itself is a historical site and you can listen about it on an application as instructed in the room. Breakfast at the famous restaurant on the first floor was also delicious and fresh. The size of the room was small, but that's probably the best you can get in this town unless you book a suite. I would definitely be staying at this hotel again.

신혼여행으로 다녀왔어요 주니어 스위트 102호 객실에 묵었는데 방 자체도 환상적이고 ( 사진보다 더 예쁩니다 층고가 거의 2층 튼 높이 같아요 ) 창문 열면 보이는 뷰가 정말 낭만적이예요 프론트도 상당히 친절햇고 호텔에서 운영하는 레스토랑이 있어 밤에도 한잔하기 좋습미다 룸서비스도 좋구요 조식도 그 식당에서 준비해주는데 정말 2박이 아쉬웠던 곳이예요

허니문으로 갔는데 리버뷰 너무 좋아요. 월풀 욕조도 있어서 피곤함이 사르륵~~~ . 조식도 신선하고 다 맛있었습니다.

가보고싶은 나라 돌아보기
객실을 전분명 뷰가좋아서 선택 한건데 받은방은 어느저~구석탱이였네요 가격대비는 제가 유럽지역의 방들을 같이 둘러본결과 그다지 좋지 않았어요 일박에 삼십보단 그반가격이 맞겠지 아니한가.... 화장실 냄새..지하에서 올라오는 구린내가 욕조물을 받아서 막아야 냄새가나지않는 화장실이었네요 그건 화장실 청소와는 관계가 없는 구조의 문제인거 누구나 알꺼에요 나머지 깔끔한 청소는 참좋았고 직원들의 웃는모습도 무지 좋았어요

불안한 체크인 호텔
예약했는데 방이 없어서 다른 옆 호텔에서 대신 묵었다. 대신 룸을 업그레이드해줘서 편하게 묵었다. 위치가 좋아서 명소들은 다 걸어서 갈 수 있다.

Convient location.
This is a very conveniently located hotel to old town Florence. We walked to all the sights and restaurants. The room has a floor that looks old and dirty, the rug outside the room in the hall was filthy and a squished bug was on the floor for days. The breakfast is a typical buffet, the pastries are not fresh, which was a bummer. Bathroom needs some attention, our shower leaked and the shower head drips after you turn the water off, so it is hard to dry off. Needs updating. The rooftop is a nice touch, but there are no services up there. I would give it 3 stars

The place and the staff were top tier! I didn’t want to leave and I’ll definitely be staying again the next time I am in Florence.

The Hotel was of of a lower standard than as advertised. My bathroom had a bad drainage smell, the guest toilets behind the reception area smelt of pee & the restaurant floor was in a substandard state (patches of misplaced flooring). There seemed to be distinct lack of supervision in the overall cleanliness & service culture. On the last day on our way out, there were shards of unswept broken glass at the hotels main entrance.

Small rooms but clean, quality and sufficient. Very close to the river and 3 minutes from Ponte Vecchio. Walking distance from the Duomo and museums and restaurants. Breakfast Buffett is 15 euros a person but very good. You can taxi to and from the hotel easily and in 10 to 15 minutes be at the train station.

Fantastic hotel, very close to everything.Great restaurants and high end shopping stores all within a few minutes walk. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety.

The location of the property in Florence makes everything easily walkable an accessible. The staff was amazing, so helpful and accommodating to all our needs. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent stay, the property was very clean and luxurious. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall very satisfied with the service and the hospitality. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Beautiful decor. Highlight was the second floor balcony with the best views of the river bridges and the city!! Highly recommended

Very pleasant hotel and well decorated and proportioned room. One negative we intimated to the reception was that when one opened the window into an internal courtyard, there was a dirty balcony below it with multiple cigarette butts, where a member of staff took their break. Also, no dedicated parking so the car got broken into on the street.
