This hotel is good for a few nights in Florence. The room was clean. It is walkable to the city centre and close to good restaurants. The host was responsive and welcoming.

It cost a lot of money, it’s not a hotel but a hostel, and the air conditioner smells bad, the room smells of wood or paint, the price premium is too much during the peak tourist season

Lovely hotel and great value for money!

Lovely hotel and great value for money. Our room was very clean and was cleaned for us on our second day even though we only stayed 2 nights - nice surprise! Air conditioning in the room was fab. Lots of privacy, and we especially liked the outdoor garden area. Coffee machine, milk and juices were all provided for us. The location was brilliant - situated on a quiet street only a short walk into the city centre. There generally wasn’t anyone manning the front desk, so we had to go and find the owner to check out - however, this was only a small hotel with few staff so was to be expected, and really wasn’t a problem. Don’t hesitate to book this for a short trip to Florence!

The person at the reception was rude. We had informed beforehand our late arrival for which he gave us a code to enter. As was the case, the code had to be entered twice, once on the main door and second time on the reception door. As it was late and dark we did not see the second code. On calling and asking him the procedure he panicked and was behaving rudely with us. We even apologized to him for coming late but still his rude behaviors continued. I am sure if there would have been a rude person on this side, then a big argument would have succeeded.

Il prezzo pagato eccessivo per la struttura. Una stanza a pianterreno, puzza di fogna e con la finestra rotta da non poter stare aperta per paura che qualcuno potesse entrare dal marciapiede. Il bagno pessimo, con peli sul lavandino e radiatori arrugginiti. Spesso dal bagno, soprattutto di notte, provenivano gorgoglìi come se stesse uscendo dell’acqua in ebollizione. Il condizionatore vecchio e rotto faceva acqua, rumore e puzza nauseabonda. Un giorno non ci hanno rifatto la camera, ma ad onor del vero il signore che gestisce la struttura se ne è dispiaciuto e non ci ha fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno. La struttura è da rivedere, di buono c’è il signore di cui sopra e la posizione che pur non essendo nel cuore pulsante del centro storico lo stesso è facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi sia con i mezzi.

Kind and attentive Manager, hotel is disappointin.

The Manager was very kind and attentive, tried to help as best as he could, even giving me a lift to the train station on the day of my departure. However, the room was very disappointing; upon entering it there was a strong smell of mold and mildew, and after inspecting it I found many spots with a lot of dust, it triggered my asthma. The bathroom was clean and linen was freshly clean as well. The bed was comfortable. Nonetheless the room was cold, the AC didn't work properly to the point the remote stopped connecting to it, and there was only a little heating fan wich was the saviour. I had to make my bed, because the previous days the covers were Just pulled up. The Manager did fixed the spots of dust and made extra effot to keep the room clean, but under the bed there was still dust. Resuming, the room look nothing like the photos presented online, they look nicer online then they truly are, the hotel is very far away from everything and unfortunately it was a disappointing exeperience. I am used to stay in low star hotels, have stayed in a one star hotel in Florence before that was much superior to this one. Payed 200€ with Hotles. Com, for a room that has been advertised at 30€ to 40€ on other sites, I later found out. Saddly, I will not be returning to this hotel.

The Guess services was excellent. The condition of the house was unexpected compared with the photos apear on Expedia. Shower very poor condition , no hot weather.

Guest House, not hotel

This is not a hotel but a guest house with no-one on duty at the "desk" after 4pm. It is cold in Florence and the room was freezing when I arrived and didn't have anyone to ask how to turn on the heat. All of this would have been fine if I hadn't thought I was going to a hotel, I would have booked something else.

Great location!

The hotel was good and the staff was friendly. It is a small hotel but that can be good since the staff is very available. Yet, their front desk is not 24/7. so you might have a hard time finding anyone at the front desk after 6 pm.

Здравствуйте, не советую ни кому этот отель, а точнее апартаменты, 8 номеров. Ресепшина нет, девушки на месте нет, в здание не зайти, только по звонку она приезжает заселить. Нам отказали в номере, сослались на поломку сантехники и послали в другой отель, где нас не ждали. Никогда, ни кому не посоветую

Hotel difícil de localizar

Los cuartos traseros están descuidados y no habían cambiado las sabanas ni las cobijas, estaban muy sucias, estuvimos dos noches y nunca hicieron el aseo y el internet no llegaba hasta la habitación, el hotel no tiene anunció visible por fuera pero está cerca de la estación de trenes y la persona que nos recibió fue amable pero no estaba todo el tiempo en el hotel, es mucho menos de lo que yo esperaba

로마에서 너무 이상한 숙소에서 묵어서 그랬는지 호텔이 정말 좋아보였다. 안뜰에 스파같은 작은 수영장이있는데 여름에만 사용가능했다. 아침마다 잠깐 더운물이 잘 안나오는 시간이 있었다.역과 주요 관광지까지는 도보15-20분 정도로 멀었지만 한번에 가는 버스가 있고 미켈란젤로언덕까지도 버스타고 가기 수월했다.근처에 가고싶었던 맛집들이 가까이 있었다.

Sacaron 2 habitaciones en la zona del jardin y nos toco una. Agobiante. Pequeña. Nada q ver con las q colocan en las fotos. Ademss fuimos para tumbarnos un rato al mediodia q estabamos cansados y eran las 4 y no tenuan hecha la habitacion y tuvimos q esperar.

Great position within easy walk of most attraction

The staff were exceptional, worked hard and went out of their way to assist. We had a Garden Room out the back which was very quiet and the bed was excellent.. it suited us down to the ground. The WIFI did not work that well from the room but you could sit outside in the garden area in a comfortable surrounding and it was fine. There seems to be ongoing maintenance as they bring the building up to scratch but we had no issues

Basic budget hotel

The hotel have very basic facilities, it lies on the outskirt of the central business district. Not a lot of open business around the area. Staff was helpful and tried her best to accommodate us. Air conditioner was broken the whole time we were there, the hot water have very weak pressure.

Mi sono fidata da altre ricensione e alle immagini che sembrano piu belle di cio che e in realta l'albergo.piscina non funzionante e mio figlio si e molto annoiato,tv a tubo catodico con scarza ricensione dei canali,area condizionata molto vecchia e rumorosa.non consigliato per chi cerca la pulizi e il confort.giardino un po trasandato e miglioni di zanzare! l'unica cosa positiva e la vicinanza ai luoghi di piu interese facilmente raggiungibile sia con i mezzi publici che a piedi.fermata autobus proprio d'avanti.
