We actually extended our stay and chose to stay at this property as we liked the property & location in Florence so much. Our hosts were very accommodating, from allowing us to drop bags off. Prime location in Florence & beautiful views of the city from the outdoor space. Thanks for the positive experience.

The property is very central and great location! It has a nice modern style if thats what your looking for with a great little patio with a table and chairs. I don't really watch much tv while on vacation but like to catch up on some news but tv wasnt working the 6 nights we stayed! A bigger frustrating was they tried charging me twice. I sent them creen shots of our receipt and his words were okay that proof should be good enough! Also was asked while we wre out and about if someone could come in to look at something which i sad sure. I then messaged to say can you let me know when they are out so we could come back! Never did get a reply!

FIrst, the location was excellent. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops outside of the front door. The suite itself, was a good size, the balcony was nice to have to sit outside and enjoy a drink, and communication with the host was adequate. Now the cons (and there are a lot). The interior was filthy. There was a a distinct odor of mould that originated from the bathtub/shower drain in the middle of the room. To say this suite needs a thorough cleaning would be a significant understatement. The a/c barely worked. The temperatures in Florence were near 40 degrees C, and the room would only cool to 24 degrees. Hot and sticky all the time in the room. Neither television worked or could capture any channels. There were multiple maintenance people attend attempting to fix the televisions, but to no avail. Cords left hanging down from the wall unit. There was no hot water for the first three days. Two maintenance people attended over that period and finally on day 3, the one gentleman was able to get the water working. We were told that there would be a suite cleaning, towel exchange after 4 days, never occurred. Spoke with the cleaning lady from another suite who told us our suite was not on the list to be cleaned. This property could be a fantastic property, but requires a significant cleaning, update/upgrade, and renewal. They ended up refunding one night. However, the daily price for the condition of the suite is not worth it.

Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs. All up though, good stay and would recommend.

My wife and I stayed for two weeks for our honeymoon. The rooftop Duomo view and eating area was amazing. Staying in Piazza della Repubblica was perfect location of Florence. The unit was well appointed with all amenities required. We could live there! Book with no hesitation!

Excellent apartment within easy walking distance of major sights in Florence! Top floor of an office building overlooking Piazza Della Repubblica. Dozens of restaurants within minutes of the front door. Elevator service to the fifth floor and then a dozen or so steps to the apartment door (bring bags that you can carry up a flight of stairs). Nice deck with a view to the Arno River.

Fabulous luxury retreat!

The apartment was the best apartment I have ever stayed in! Great condition and everything you could need. The free Prosecco and coffee was a bonus I was not expecting! The quality of the finishes in the apartment were amazing as well as the bath robes and towels. But the best bit was the view... what can I say... It's better than the pictures! The apartment was bigger than I expected! The communications with the host were fantastic as I had been running late with flights!

The outdoor space was amazing with great views. They advertised laundry but there was no laundry in the unit or on property-we chose this place as our midway point to do laundry and had to walk 10 minutes away to do laundry at a laundry mat.

Everything was excellent. One of the nicest places that we’ve stayed in Europe or anywhere else. In a nice historic building right in the middle of The Piazza della Repubblica, close to everything you prob want to see or a very short walk for the most part. Close to the train and bus stations if you are traveling to other cities (like we did) or going to the outlet mall. Only drawback if you can call it that is the TV situation, which I can’t really be too upset about. You will need to buy or bring an hmdi etc but other than that… Perfecto!
