The best thing is the location. You can walk to the cute shopping and dining area of town in less than 5 minutes. The hotel itself needs some upgrades. Like a toilet that does run and warmer blankets.

The only issue I had was minutes after I checked into our room, I started sneezing and smelling like there was mold. It is carpeted. The patio seemed scary to walk on to and run down. The patio door was difficult to open as I have back issues. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was good, but only have 4 tables.
