Very clean and beautifully designed hotel in a great location. It's within walking distance from everything you need to see in Florence. The only thing to keep in mind is that the bathroom is a little small. The staff are friendly and cooperative too.

Best AC in Italy. Very comfortable, very cute, zero noise in the room, great location, perfect for Florence. Concierge extremely kind and helpful she hand wrote on our map all the places and best routes along with restaurant recommendation. Lovely hotel for a 2 night stay in Florence. We had room 101, which although may appear small is comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated. Hotel is centrally located and just a 3 min walk from the main area.

The room was pretty big and bathroom fixtures were brand new. The best part of The Frame is its location. It was 8 minute walk from the train station and 5 mins walk from the Cathedral and Duomo. We didn’t have to take a taxi in Florence even once. The staff is very friendly and professional.
