The staff at this resort go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It's the small things like remembering your name, if you take your coffee with cream or if you prefer a a certain sauce with every meal. If you need anything to your room someone answers promptly and takes it quickly. Everyone is so kind and the resort is simply amazing. Highly recommend to stay here. Elmer, Alex and Edwin the driver are great!

The staff was very kind and the food was really good. Staff constantly cleaned the pool to assure it was clean and overall the hotel was very nice. I wish our television would have worked while we were there as we were unable to use our Netflix app as foreigners. Simple extra touches like turn down service, a working television would have made our experience 5 stars.

Visit to Flores Peten Las Lagunas Hotel

This is an amazing spot to enjoy nature and a gateway to Tikal. The staff is outstanding and their SPA treatment was a wonderful addition.

It’s a gated oasis between the airport and Tikal. Beautiful room with lake views. Jacuzzi is as lovely as expected. However the museum and the boat trip to see spider monkeys are above expectations. Quality of meals could be better for the price.

Exceptional and unique boutique hotel located on a private lagoon near Flores and about 1.5 hours south of Tikal. True luxury in a jungle environment. Open dining room overlooks the lagoon and food was excellent. Includes courtesy trip into the lagoon each morning to feed the monkeys on an island - monkeys were charming, also saw crocodiles, turtles and many birds.
