“The ocean was visible from the property but host said he'd sent a pin to our account which we didn't receive. Property surrounds eg garden were not well maintained.”

“It was very noisy on Friday arvo when I tried to take a nap. Room is not sound proof at all and I can hear my next door having a shower or even taking out the clothes from the closet! The design of the sink makes it impossible to take water for kettle! No one ever complained?! The worst part is it didn’t have an elevator!!!! I had to carry my heavy luggage up and down!!! How hard is it to have an elevator?! Also, the towel rack was broken and it was on Sunday so of course no one to take care of...

“It's too noisy and too old.”

“This is a beautiful boutique hotel on Elizabeth Pier in Hobart. It is a superb location and close to all the tourist spots so great for exloring Hobart on foot. The staff are very friendly and helpful even during a fire evacuation. Highly recommended.”

“Our stay at this accommodation was exceptionally wonderful. The property itself was absolutely beautiful—timeless, elegant, and truly a special place to relax and unwind. Every detail contributed to a memorable experience, and we had such a great stay from beginning to end. A special mention must go to Philip, who was simply amazing. He attended to all of our needs with genuine warmth and care, making us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. In the evening, he made us drinks and desserts...

“Last second booking turned into a really nice stay. Old-building character with all the modern amenities. The host was more than gracious. 100% recommend.”

“Lovely place to stay. Clean and tidy. Lady in reception was super friendly and went out if her way to assist with a left item”

“Great property, great location, bed a bit too firm, and everything was great untill the white ute with the yellow flashing light showed up with his Doofa music vibrating the walls. Probably saved me bringing my alarm clock, but still not appreciated especially when he got out and walked somewhere leaving the door open snd the disco blasting.”

“We loved our stay for the second time, the receptionist was very helpful and informative, great location and apartment was great and had everything we needed.”

“Outstanding historic guest house brimming with antiques and character. Beautiful gardens. Really comfortable bed and lovely shower. Very attentive staff. Would highly recommend as a great place for singles or couples.”
