“Our stay at the Green Geysir Cottage was wonderful. This property is relatively new, with more being built. Its one of the BEST places that we have stayed in Iceland. The cottage was clean, comfortable, private and close to many attractions. Well equipped kitchen/great room area, very nice private bedroom/bathroom set up. The property hot tub was large and well maintained.
We will definitely be staying her for several nights on our next trip.”

“False advertising. The hotel online and featured on Expedia is not the hotel you’ll be staying at. That hotel is still under construction.
Paid a premium for a special birthday trip for my wife, only to arrive at a hotel that is literally under construction. Spa/sauna (the reason we chose this hotel) nowhere near completed (despite being prominently featured on Expedia). Rooms still being finished. Driveway still being constructed. Industrial fan above our room kept us awake all night.

“We stayed here for two nights, great location property needs better upkeep and cleanliness, lots of bugs inside, staff was not very helpful and communicated poorly about how to access the property. Overall 3 out of 5 at best.”
