“This hotel and their customer service was outstanding! They surprised me with a complimentary upgrade and made the room special for my 50th birthday! I loved the library themed lobby, it was a really nice! We did have an issue with the fridge not getting cold, but they quickly resolved it by replacing it with a new unit. The heated rooftop pool was amazing- probably my favorite part of the hotel, or close tie for favorite was the best expresso martini I've yet to taste!! ”
