"There was no hot water in our stay at the tail end of winter. The electricity went out at 2 am. The property was amazing but if you’re staying to be close to downtown this property is 20 mins away by car. In the summer our issues may not be as critical but in 50 degree weather it was an ordeal to shower with ice cold water. "My friend and I were overwhelmed by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff at the property. The hotel is charming, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved our rooms. There is a wide choice of both sweet and savoury food at breakfast and fresh fruit plus a homemade cake every morning. Franco concocts a delicious array of cocktails at the bar at only 6 euros each! We will definitely return and I am recommending it to all my friends and family."

"The staff at Villa Felicia are it's greatest asset. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and the one at the nearby Limoni is even better. Villa Felicia provides an excellent spread at breakfast (the homemade cakes are particularly good) and the restaurant in the evening is superb. Public transport links are not great, so a car is pretty much essential, but thankfully there is plenty of parking onsite. Overall an enjoyable experience in a very friendly hotel."
