무려 4달전에 예약을 하고 신혼여행을 떠났는데 막상 도착하니 technical한 문제가 생겼다고 방을 줄수 없다고 하더군요. 5일전에 안내 메일을 보냈다는데... 신혼여행중에 누가 메일 일일이 확인을 다 하나요. 막상 도착하니 다른 호텔로 예약을 잡아줘서 가긴 했는데... 별4개짜리 호텔 잡아주더군요.
거기도 좋다고 하면서... 신혼여행 기억중에 최악이었습니다.”
“The staff and the location were excellent- the neighborhood was quiet but accessible to the fun spots. The hotel was beautifully decorated. The room was tiny but the bathroom was terrific!”
“We had a nice 4 night stay at the Bellegarde Hôtel by Viktor. Easy check in process. The location is perfect - about a 5-10 minute walk to the Cours Mirabeau (the main strip of the town). AC was adequate. Room was clean and very quiet for quality sleep. Must be okay with stairs as there is no elevator, which was not an issue for us, but something to be mindful of. ”
“4층짜리 호텔에 루프탑이 있습니다. 우리는 3층에서 1박했는데..루프탑엘 수시로 올라가 전망을 감상했습니다. 저녁나절 해질무렵이 젤 시원하고 좋은것 같습니다. 청결상태는 5점 이상을 선택해도 무방하리만큼 아주 깨끗합니다. 객실사이즈는 좀 좁은감이 있고 냉장고나 포트등이 없는점 감안하시기 바랍니다. 위치는 엑상프로방스 미라보과장까지 걸어서 10분이내로 아주 훌륭합니다. 낮에도 저녁에도 수시로 나가 관광할수 있어 좋습니다. 주차는 호텔주차장이 있긴하지만 넓지않아 큰사이즈 차는 억지로 구겨(^^)넣어야 하는 불편함이 있겠더라구요 우리는 호텔측의 친절한 주차안내로 무사히 주차및 출차를 할수있어 감사드립니다.”
“위치가 정말 좋았구요, 직원분들이 정말 친절 하셨습니다. 다른분들 후기가 너무 좋아 예약했는데 예약하길 잘 했어요. 그리고 건물이 오래되어서 오리지널리티를 느낄 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 저희는 제일 기본 방, 맨 위층이었는데 풍경이 너무 좋아서 또 나름대로 만족했네요!”
“Overall had a great stay, but a staff member in particular seemed to be frustrated that I do not speak French. My fault if the hotel was meant for French speakers only, but if that is not the case it really tainted the whole experience which would have been very, very nice. ”
“The reception desk is quite different from the photo on the site.
When we arrived at the hotel, the front door was closed with the memo on the door, which said 'will come back in 10 min' and we waited for 30 min.
However, the hotel man was very kind to carry our luggages to the room and inform us of the city.
The hotel has a beautiful small garden where you can enjoy your small breakfast in the sunshine.
The room was kind of tiny but it was ok.”
