โOverall had a great stay, but a staff member in particular seemed to be frustrated that I do not speak French. My fault if the hotel was meant for French speakers only, but if that is not the case it really tainted the whole experience which would have been very, very nice. โ

โHotel Rotonde was very clean, calm and have kind staff. Especially, information desk staff spoke English very well and breakfast was also perfect.โ
"Despite arriving in the dawn, the staff were friendly and helpful with check-in. However, due to difficulties communicating in English, I almost had to pay a new room fee because they didn't recognize my already booked two nights at check-in. However, the staff member on duty in the morning confirmed this, and thankfully, I was able to stay without any additional charges. They apologized for our room change to us and thank them for their kindness. The family room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. However, the toilet was broken, perhaps because it wasn't used much, and it took all morning to fix it. The dryer was also broken, but it couldn't be fixed. However, the friendly repairman didn't give up on the toilet and fixed it, allowing us to enjoy our stay comfortably. While I appreciate the staff's kindness, I wish the family room had been improved, so I couldn't give it a perfect 5 stars."
