โwe absolutely LOVED this place! we were only in maine for two nights, and being unfamiliar with the area i was only going off on online reviews to book, but we got lucky with this place.
we were warmly greeted by the innkeepers, bill and michael, and their perfect 18lb dachshund, BENTLEY! they provided local recommendations as well as contact information for a beach shuttle, and parking lots at the beach that would likely be less crowded [they were correct!]

โThis place was gorgeous! Everything we would have wanted. 5minute walk to beach, walkable to all restaurants and activities. beautiful sitting area overlooking the water, walkable to marginal walk way, outdoor shower, great breakfast included! It was just picture perfect โ
โReally loved the location, a moments walk away from Marginal Way and a brief stroll into the town centre. Fast check in / check out, and very very comfortable beds!! Enjoyed having the extra room in the living room to keep all of our luggage. The toaster and microwave was a nice bonus too. Room was spotlessly clean, it wasnโt the most modern decor but that wasnโt a problem as you could tell the hotel is extremely well looked after. โ
โonly stayed one nigh, but loved that it was walkable to dinning options and the beach. the pool looked nice but didnโt have time for it. the property is well kept and so convenient. iโd stay again.โ
โGreat views of the ocean from our room. The property had a friendly and helpful staff. The room was nicely remodeled. You could tell that the property had recent renovation. Access required climbing a steep set of stairs - no ramp to the main entrance and check in desk, which would have been helpful when arriving with bags. โ
โWe liked the setup of our room. The location of the property was excellent. We would have liked someone to clean our room after the first day of our stay. They provided fresh towels when we asked. โ
โNice little cooking area and frig, plus outdoor grills and pool. The staff really try to make it feel homey for you. Very sweet people. Great area with a lovely little downtown nearby with great nightlife and dining. โ
