โWhen I asked for water at the check-out counter, the staff member dismissively pointed toward the gym, even though there was a water jar sitting right in front of him. He flat-out said he didnโt want to refill it. There was no one else waiting behind my family, so itโs not like he was busy. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable and shows zero respect for guests.โ
