"High quality budget hotel. Slightly odd location if you are not going to the local studios but suited us on this trip. Sky high prices due to it being marathon weekend. Room was a really good size and very comfortable. City views are great to wake up to."

"The first thing we noticed about our stay was how warmly we were greeted. We’re not from the City and sort of expected a stereotypical New York City greeting, kind of rough around the edges. But it was a delightfully pleasant surprise to see that smiling face behind the front desk, so ready to meet our needs. The room was also amazingly clean. The HVAC system was easy to use, reliable, and held our set temperature accurately. An added perk was that, being on the 17th floor, we couldn’t hear any city noise at all. Imagine that—being in the middle of Queens, NY and sleeping in total silence all night. Unbelievable! But true!"
