"Super friendly and helpful. Clean, beautiful views and great pool"

Golden Residence Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent experience, excellent property! Front Desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Meals at the hotel were outstanding! Our daily breakfasts were included and food variety and quality was first class except that coffee machine had long line ups, often required water (was not plumbed in). We also decided to try the dinner package the first night and it was so exceptional that we bought 3 more and paid regular price for our last and final night because the dinners were so exceptional (different theme every night). The unexpected treats at check in and check out were also a very nice surprise. Highly recommend The Golden Residence!!!"

Pestana Ocean Bay Resort

8/10 Good

"Great Ocean View from balcony. Overall cleanliness of hotel was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of food provided, just perhaps not enough choice for picky eaters (alot of seafood and vegetables)...perhaps could have more plain meat options for picky eaters. Other than that good choice of hotel."
