“Unfortunately I would say our experience wasn’t great. The balcony door was broken and when asked to have our room switched she told us not to worry it’s safe. Being that we were on a girls trip. We didn’t feel safe at all and the balcony was on the first floor. So people can easily just walk right it. That ruined the trip it self. The space it self was clean and huge. “The hotel was truly amazing. The location was perfect right in the middle of old town next to restaurants and a 5 min walk from the river front. The patio area was nestled in the middle of the hotel and felt like a breath of fresh air. The service was great they were extremely attentive. I also sprained my ankle and asked for some ice they had someone bring it in mins in a sealed bag so I can ice my ankle truly great hotel”

I accidentally left a few things in my room after checkout, they contacted me within an hour and had it delivered to a Savoy location right by my airbnb the next morning. “Sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der Promenade mit Zimmern, die alle Meerblick haben. Große saubere Zimmer, gute Betten, alles gut ausgestattet. teilweise mit Balkon. Tiefgarage kostenlos (nicht für alle Gäste Plätze, und teilweise etwas eng...daher in Peak-Zeiten vielleicht vorher checken ob ein Platz frei ist). Frühstück mit guter Auswahl, leider eher schlechtem Automaten-Kaffee. Spa Bereich eher klein.”
