Hi Robin, we're so sorry that the pool was down. Over the weekend we had a major part of the pool system break in our mechanical room and it drained over 1/3 of the pool. The repairs were more than what we could do on our own so we had to have an outside vendor come in, which took a few days. Hi James, I'm so sorry that you aren't a fan of the handicap-accessible rooms. We definitely don't put Hotels.com guests in handicapped rooms on purpose. As our associate told you, sometimes it really is the last room of that type we have left for check-in. If there is an option to put in reservation comments maybe try adding that you would prefer a non-accessible room.
