“The hotel and the room are spacious but the coffee maker was out of order which the staff didn't know it was not working...”

“The best location in Crescent City. Staff was very friendly and helpful. AC didn't work/was broken and rooms not very insulated from noise (inside and out), but otherwise a very nice place to stay if you want to wander around the coast. The breakfast in the attached restaurant was very good.”

“The room had a terrible odor. Beds were comfortable. No A/C in the rooms so we had to leave the sliding door open. The pool was fun for kids but the hot tub is COLD. The place is really run down. It's a 2 star motel, next to an RV park and don't be fooled by the picture of the ocean. this is NOT in Brookings. Not much in this immediate area. I do think breakfast is a great start to the day.”

“The staff was super helpful, as I booked the wrong night with Expedia. He helped us get it corrected. The room was very clean and well decorated. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area.”

“We arrived to find workers in our room fixing the drain to the shower. After we took showers the bathroom was flooded and the hallway was as well. When I went to the office it was closed, there was someone working in the laundry room, she said she reached out to the manager and he would be back in 20 minutes, it was 9pm at this point, manager did not return. When we left the next morning at 8:45 there was still no manager onsite. I canceled the second night through Expedia.”
