“It should literally be illegal for hotels to advertise amenities and then have them not work or not be unavailable. The Wi-Fi was literally unusable and you couldn't even pull up a web page it was so slow, and the pool was literally closed. I specifically paid more money for this hotel because it had an indoor pool. I get there and what a shocker it what's an open, so sick of these hotels and advertise a pool that's closed.”

“The hotel and the room are spacious but the coffee maker was out of order which the staff didn't know it was not working...”

“This is a very dated, but pretty well maintained place. The biggest drawback is NO AC. They did provide box fans, but it was very hot in the rooms. I would recommend going in winter- there is heat. Staff was great! Small bathrooms and limited parking.”

“Overall, my stay was disappointing. Even after checking in, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes because my room still hadn’t been cleaned. It was frustrating to arrive at check-in time only to find that the room wasn’t ready, especially after a long day of traveling. To make matters worse, the coffee pot in the room was broken and wouldn’t brew coffee at all.
