Arrived to front desk agent asleep. Received one bed when I booked a double. Bathroom sink was clogged and water wasn’t draining down. Requested no room service but when we returned they still went in the room and went through our things. Towels were removed but not replaced. If you will disregard our request not to provide room service/cleaning the least you can do is actually do your job right. I would not recommend this location to anyone

It was fairly clean so that was fine. The employee who checked me in took a photo copy of my ID and credit card even though I paid online already. It is advertised as a hotel but is actually a motel. The breakfast was not available.

Roach motel
This place was nasty, found roaches in my room. I left for a little bit, when I came back all the drawers were open like someone went through my room. Hookers and drug addicts running all night.

This is the worse hotel I have ever stay. Super dirty smells weed, you can't even sleep well because when a truck passes building is shaking.

First of all, it was false advertisement. Online it was represented as “Inn and Suites”.However, when we arrived the sign read, “motel”. The motel is old and smelly. It really needs to be updated. “Vanity tray” in the bathroom was an old cereal bowl! The furniture was chipped and old and the chain lock was crap!

Strictly utilitarian property.The room and hallway was clean and beds good. The desk clerk was friendly. But there was an open porn channel on TV, bullet proof enclosed front desk.

Worst hotel I have seen around. Went on a family trip and every hotel around the area was sold out so it was the only one around. But as soon as I arrived I didn’t not feel safe so I ask for a refund because I wasn’t going to stay there. I had my kids and the first thing as soon as I walk in was they had people smoking in the lobby area a lady outside with a purple eye and the front desk guy was mad because I walked in with my 2 kids. Thankfully I was able to get my money back and ended up sleeping inside the car.

Don’t spend your money here trust me or you’ll reg
The only thing worse then this hotel was probably the way Hotels.com handled my issue with this hotel. As soon as you walk in your greeted by two men that just stare at you and have an attitude about anything you ask them then they knock of your door mad aggressive, I would only compare this place to spirit the airline

Inexpensive, clean, rude staff
The men were all friendly and accommodating, yet the young woman was rude and arrogant and tried to get me to pay 25% more than the listed price on Hotels.com. The only time I needed assistance from the front desk, I waited and waited until I just left, and het in the parking lot talking to her boyfriend. I’ll go back. I can’t imagine her bring a ‘keeper’.

Probably the wrost stay ever.
This is the most disgusting help stay ever for me. This place is a dirty motel, not suites. So the name itself is wrong. The room ceiling leaked all night in the middle of noreaster storm. Front desk said I should be fine so long as the water is not on my bed. There is no attempt for relocating me to another room. I spent 185$ for a night , the room is not more worth than a motel 6. I have video proof of my experience. I had to choose this place because there was no hotels available to storms. Once I booked, it turns out there is no practical way to reach the hotel - Taxis , uber were not available, I pleased with Hotels.com and the hotel , both refused to help. I reached the place early in the morning, for few hours of a horrific stay.

Shabby room. Window was left open in 3r4-degree weather. Clocks did not work. Rug appeared not to have been vaccumed in days.

Only Stay OUT OF DESPERATION
When I got to the Hotel at 9PM the room was still not ready. Had to wait about 15 minutes before I could get a room. Meanwhile during that time 4 different people came in and rented rooms for 4 hour increments with woman who were obviously not their wives. Finally get into the room and the first thing I have to do is kill a spider who is hanging on the light. 2nd had to kill a roach running across the rug. The Continental Breakfast consisted of bagged muffins and bagged mini donuts that you get from a vending machine. If I could get my money back I would. If there is another hotel in the area stay there even if it is more money.

The worse hotel I have ever visited in my life.
The staff was so rude. They called me all of sudden at 11 am in the morning and asked me to check out. I requested for sometime and the receptionist was rude that made me feel as if I have asked their whole hotel on my name. They kept mis behaving and used so much wrong and rude language. I would never recommend a descent family or individual to visit this hotel. Totaly crap.
