“The Colonial House was absolutely perfect in every way. Dawn is an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and truly welcoming. The location is fantastic, close to great shopping and dining, yet the room itself was incredibly calming and serene. It felt cozy, homey, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. This was one of those stays where you immediately feel at ease. I can’t recommend The Colonial House highly enough and will absolutely be staying here again!”

“Easy parking, good breakfast, nice pool and hot tub, the bed was super comfy, Debbie at the front desk was very nice and explained everything I needed to know and also enrolled me in a rewards program, Tiffany kept everything running smooth on the breakfast buffet, and Donna helped answer some questions in the morning.”

“Very clean. Lovely natural cedar smell in the room that complimented the rustic mountain decor. There’s also a good deli and corner store right up the street that has fresh rotisserie chickens if they aren’t sold out. They are great deal and delicious. ”

The room was spotless and comfortable, and everything felt well cared for. Breakfast was amazing with great variety and quality and easily one of the highlights of the stay. Staff was welcoming and professional, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a scenic and comfortable...
