โTook a solo trip for the evening and ate Japanese! The location of the element hotel was perfect and conveniently located in the middle of Savannah. The hotel was nice and clean and the hotel staff was very pleasant when I was checking in! The room I stayed in was large and very accommodating.

โThe property itself was great.. but, what made the stay 5 star was every single employee we encountered! They ALL were super friendly and above and beyond in the service department.. it felt like we were staying at a Disney property (their customer service is next level). โ
โWe booked this hotel last minute to help break up our long drive bac to Florida. The hotel was right off I-95 and check-in was quick and easy. Our King studio room was perfect, included a desk and chase lounge, was clean and soaps and shampoos were great quality. โGreat place to stay for a short time!
The staff were so sweetโespecially the woman at the front desk! We checked out and were driving down the road when we realized my daughter left her stuffed animal. We called the front desk and without hesitation the lady at the front desk went and got it and held it for us. My daughter was so grateful. Would absolutely stay here again. โ
