"Beautiful hotel. The exterior pools with view of the ocean was a highlight and great for kids and families. Very clean property. Friendly staff. Good food at restaurant. Short 5 min walk to beach and 10 min walk to town. 5 Stars indeed."

"Had a lovely 4 nights stay here. Can’t fault the place or the staff. About a 5-10min walk into the centre near the train and main bus stops. Casino nearby, as are several restaurants and a supermarket is a 1 min walk from main entrance. Wasn’t able to use the safe as there was no key, but was offered the use of the safe in reception. Pool was cool temperature but adequate. Walls are thin and you hear any people walking around talking and closing doors."

"Lovely new property in a residential neighborhood in Estoril. I had the single bed room and it was tiny but it all worked out. Strange location for an outlet to charge your phone overnight- in the middle of a wall halfway up! Good breakfast and great staff! Kudos to Sarah."

"The hotel is very nice welcoming reception and staff all very helpful We had a premium room but the bathroom did have some mould but it’s an old building The standard rooms although not as big were the same do not worth the upgrade. Plenty choice at breakfast with fresh cooked eggs Overall a nice stay and woukd use again"

"It is a simple but a nice hotel, well located and fairly priced. The rooms probably need an upgrade but, are very spacious and comfortable. Limited parking available at the property; i had to park my car on the street. It worked out fairly well. The staff were helpful and professional."

"Property is stunning. The outside is modest so you can’t see how deep the property is and sizable the rooms are. We stayed in a suite for a lower price than other bigger known properties. The one issue was check in. I reached out weeks in advance for earlier check in and was told that if we paid a small fee we could guarantee it. When we arrived (which was early morning from an overnight flight), the person at front desk had no sense of urgency (though very nice). She said the current guests had until 12pm to check out. We waited hours by the pool and when 12:15 arrived, I asked her status she hadn’t even called them to let them know pending check out. My family and I were exhausted from a red eye flight so this was frustrating. Later. another manager apologized and said it wasn’t supposed to happen and offered us a complimentary meal at onsite sushi restaurant - which was excellent. All in all we would recommend this property due to location, suite size, cleanliness, free breakfast, beautiful pool, and (amphitheater) style tennis courts."
