The room we had smelled like an ashtray Staff was rude. Everytime I needed clean sheets or towels they didn't have any. I couldn't even get toilet paper. I had to go buy my own.the only nice people were two managers but didn't have time to help with anything. Tons of roaches. I woke up to one in my bed

The first room had a smoke alarm that did not have a battery, so it was chirping. The door had to be pulled up in order to close fully, both of which are big safety hazards. I voiced my concerns on these with the check in attendant, and she told me how to get the door to close and after an hour brought a 9v battery. This room also had an air conditioning unit that did not work very well. Both rooms that we stayed in had filthy bathrooms with dirt, mold, rust, and small bugs. I do not recommend staying here until the property can improve these conditions.

The room was great! Good wifi and the room was clean and comfy. The only issue I had was there is only 1 person working in the office and when they are out of the office helping some one or whatever then no one is in the office to answer the phone or any thing. I had an issue with my door key and tried to get it replaced around 3pm then again around 11 30 pm and waited 30 mins for some one to come into the office each time and finally gave up

Dora was in. It was making a lot of noise alarm it went off and have bugs inside the room. I have pictures have cockroaches inside the bed everywhere I would like to have some my money back on this hotel because I could sleep. I did not feel comfortable one bit the sheets everything was kind of dirty, not clean, this a hotel is bad Motel 6 is very bad I will never stay out again, but I like to have my refund money back any side room they make me pay seven dollars to have officiator inside the room and I have to pay another fee two dollars. This was too much already paid $280 for staying on a hotel and it was 30 just just back I would like to have my refund back.

From the checking in to checking out was a terrible experience. Had to wait over an hour for a clean room. Got in the room and it still wasn’t clean properly. Door couldn’t close and that’s very dangerous. Staff said they didn’t have any keys to give out. Thst they had to use the main key. I never experienced anything like this in my life. Mold and mildew all in the bathroom. No towels and rags. Tv wouldn’t come on. Just a terrible experience. Spent $150 for nothing. My kids and I ended up leaving and had to get another motel.

DO NOT BOOK THIS. NO MATTER THE PRICE.
Check-in experience was ok. They have a big sign that says a $2 Utility fee will be added to all bookings done through Expedia. Got the first room and it smelled like cigarettes and weed. There was also an ash tray in the on-smoking room. The front desk lady said all rooms were non-smoking and She didn’t know why they all had ash trays. Asked for another room which smelled much better. However the sheets were stained, the floor turned your feet black, the shower had mildew and mold, the tub had hairs in it, and there was no soap or shampoo anywhere. We booked for two nights but we left after the first night. The area also doesn’t feel safe at all.
