This was one of the worst hotel stays we have had and that's saying a lot because we were staying in Sallisaw. These rooms are infested with baby roaches, walls look like someone peed on them, and all bedding had disgusting blood stains. When we tried to reach a manager to let them know we have called everyday since we left as well as expedia and there is never a manager to speak to. We were forced to book another two rooms at another hotel after one night of our fully paid week. We chose to pay for two rooms all over again because of how bad it was. The management is a joke, the front desk is rude when trying to get ahold of management, and the rooms are DISGUSTING!!! If grown men who work on dirty job sites all day are refusing to stay in this hotel theres a reason.

No so good taying in town. Motorcycles passing by all night were very noisy. Stopped just after midnight. I did not feel very safe here, Glad it was only a night. However, it was very close to the National Park. Room was clean but bathroom could use a make over.

Air conditioning barely worked in one room, so one of our party had to find a room elsewhere. The towels were dirty, stained, old and needing to be replaced to match the new renovations. Some of our rooms had no chains or deadbolts. Location of hotel was good.

It's an older facility but great location as it's in downtown. All we needed was a shower and bed.

The property is over 5 miles off the interstate. The room didn’t have a security latch. It was on the main road in the town and very noisy.

I have stayed in motels all over the world this one twice now just for the location not for nice but both times this motel is horrible the service and hospitality is just astonishingly bad I’m not from the area I have a friend who is came by to visit was there a couple hours max and I was threatened to be thrown out rooms weren’t ready everything was mediocre blankets stained with cigarette holes it was a non smoking room towels were half wet (unused by me) but the hospitality and manner of this motel is horrible I definitely won’t be back

Stay at the rest stop!! You will thank me for it!!
Noisy is the word we’re talking abt here.. Banging on walls for hrs and front desk wouldn’t answer the phone.. called 6 times… I’d stay anywhere else than this dump!!! Set in the middle of the homeless population and the tweezer population!!!! Sleep at the rest stop down the way and save your cash.. You will thank me!!!

I have stayed there in the past when it was owned and managed by other names. There has been much improvement to the property since it became a Red Roof branded property. The location is kind of sketchy but it is right on Garrison Avenue so there is plenty of traffic and lighting. Its a good budget option for that end of Fort Smith.

The stay at this motel was not pleasant; the area is very noisy, the room's floor was not clean. The shower / bathtub had no safety grab handles at all. Seems that Safety concerns for slipping / falling is not taken into consideration with this hotel management staff. The staff were not welcoming at all and did not issue a receipt when checkout was completed.

According to hotels.com check in was at 2. Arrived and there was sign on the side window that said check in wasnt allowed until 4 pm. You couldn't go inside, had to use nasty side window, worker was barefoot walking around inside, very rude upon check in.
