It was not the property it was the customer service that was not conducive. You made reservation for one thing and upon arrival you got something else because someone chose to stay over on your reservation date instead of giving that customer what you got since they chose to stay over I had to be inconvenienced until checkout the next day when that customer checked out to have what I made reservations for and received confirmation that I would be receiving. I received a call to see if I was coming but never stated there had been a change very very very very very poor customer service!!!!!

Tried two different “non smoking” rooms but both reeked of cigarette smoke and even had cigarette burns in the bedding . When addressed with staff she brushed it off saying there was nothing more she could do

Housekeeping knocked hard and fast on door and opened it before I could get to the door, they did this twice. They t was prior to 11am checkout. They were even told after asking us if we were leaving and we said not yet. They even knocked a third time. We even had opened the curtain so they could see our bags on bed to make it obvious. Men walking in on a woman alone is unacceptable anywhere at anytime.

It's not bad for what it is but I didn't like how loud and obnoxious some of the other guests were & the front desk didn't do anything about it. Overall the room was in decent condition with comfortable bed. If you're interested in a 4-5 star hotel this ain't the one but if you're coming to Fort Walton Beach on vacation and don't plan on spending too much time in the room it's a good bargain and pretty close to everything

The room did not look like the pictures. When we pulled back the blanket on the bed there was long black hairs on the sheets so they had not been changed. Staff was not friendly upon arrival and the second day of our stay i had an incident with a janitorial employee. Our toilet backed up in our room and they sent him to plunge the toilet. As soon as he came thru the door he started accusing me of putting something in the toilet that i shouldn't. I told him all i put in it was poop. He said i was lying and he knew it. He yelled this would not have happened if you hadn't put something in it. I told him it wasnt doing him any good to stand there and argue. He finished plunging the toilet then turned and put his finger in my face yelling at me that it was a new toilet and that its my fault it messed up. I told him to get out of my room and i went to the office to complain. The woman at the front refused to give me his name and said that she was afraid i would complain online. I told her i would use her name then and she finally told me his name. The man acted like this in front of my wife and child as well. This place is nasty and staff is rude. My advice to everyone is do not stay here.

Ice machine wasn’t working. Found dirty sock in room. No cups. Smelled like old cooking oil. Not enough lights outside. No parking in front of rooms. Total charge was 102. Because I had a pet and room wasn’t a third of that price.

I ordered two rooms for my employees that are working in ft Walton beach and they told me that the rooms were infested with roaches and dirty. No one came to take out the trash during their stay. if I pay for a hotel room especially two rooms for a whole week I expect it to be clean and not nasty. Do better!!

This Days inn is community funded for homeless to live there. The place is Unsafe for Women and Children. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE Literally had a man (who didn’t see me) Watch my wife with baby and my sister in law walk to our car and came flying up on a scooter with a mask on and a fixed blade knife in his hand intentions unknown I had no choice but to draw my firearm. Had I not had a pistol god knows where we’d be today at very least robbed. There are no cameras in the back lot nor security. When I called 911 immediately following the encounter they just kind of laughed it off like it happens all the time type of thing. I was completely shaken up. Staff did not care or have any interest when I explained the situation to them either. Don’t say you weren’t warned

The bed was harder than stone, the towels had holes, the blow-dryer didn't work, the electric outlet by the sink was coming out of the wall, the provided phone wouldn't even plug in and they couldn't accommodate a polyester allergy. The only good thing was that the shower was hot, though it had very little pressure.

Horrible! We came in late, had no choice to stay the night. Went to pool, a huge dog tried to bite a little 5 year old while swimming. Tweakers pacing back and forth by the pool. Homeless stopping by our room aski by for food or cash. Room was nasty. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. By morning we got out of there checked into another hotel. They told us that days inn is community funded for the homeless to live. Great concept but tourist need to know. Also told by locals you don’t stay there with kids and you need a gun to stay there. Save yourself the scare and go somewhere else!!

Well we stayed for 3 night. the housekeepers Never came to the room to do a single cleaner no bed , no bathroom nathing !! The only thing they did was bring clean tower to the room!! The little lobby smell terrible when I ask the front desk why they didn’t clean the room she answed that they’re too busy for that!!!

Man if I could post pictures I would. Beware the place looks nothing like the pictures posted online, it's painted a horrible gray, everything's falling apart and for the price of the place ridiculous, next time I'll spend the extra 40 a night for reputable place. Both days inn Navarre and fort Walton absolutely trash! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Furniture falling apart, lights broken , stains in sheets and comforters . Cigarette holes in the sheets! Just gross. Plus you get people smoking out side comes right through the ac unit. I should have requested a full refund because this is now the second days inn that was absolutely disgusting. 28yo m too not some Karen. Get your stuff together and fix the place up correctly !! Or be a by the our place for the trash it is.

So far I have been to many places in usa but by far this is the worst stay I ever had in my life. Cleanliness is 0 absolutely 0, I would say negative . We checked in around 11 and left around 7 and in that 8 hours we had like 5 people banging the door and waking us up. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a worst enemy in my life. I feel like this is the worst 200$ I ever spent and regret forever.

I didn't feel safe there. We had some guy we didn't know bang on our door around 10pm. Lots of homeless people were hanging around the property. I was worried people would break into my vehicle, but fortuneately nothing bad happened.
