The staff is friendly! The hotel is very quiet, the laundry facility is free. Large rooms with stove,microwave and fridge.

During my recent stay, I encountered numerous issues that left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Firstly, upon entering the room, I was greeted by an unpleasant sight the restroom was far from clean. The towels provided appeared as though they had not been washed properly, with noticeable stains and debris still clinging to them. Furthermore, the bathtub was in a dismal state, covered in grime and clearly not sanitized between guests. To add to my disappointment, there was a persistent water leak in the bathroom, which not only created an inconvenience but also raised concerns about the maintenance standards of the establishment. It was evident that basic upkeep and cleanliness were lacking, tarnishing the overall experience of my stay. What exacerbated the situation was the unexpected payment that I was required to make upon arrival. This additional charge was not communicated to me beforehand, leaving me feeling blindsided and frustrated by the lack of transparency in pricing. In summary, my experience at this establishment fell far short of expectations. From the unclean facilities to the surprise charges, it was a disappointing stay that I would not recommend to others.

It met my needs perfectly even though the furnishings were old and worn and the whole place is in serious need of an update. (They are doing phase one of a two-phase update now. Due to that I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite at no charge.) My room had four maintenance issues, ALL of which were taken care of within six hours of my request (including a new shower head, a lamp that wouldn’t plug in because of a bent plug, the phone wasn’t working &…I can’t recall the last item). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect for my needs. It’s certainly not the quality of furnishings I’m used to; but the bed and couch, though old and “iffy” at first feel, worked fine on my first stay, so today I booked again for my return trip this month. It’s a bit of a risk, but you can’t beat the price. For me, it’s a good value, and I trust the manager to work with me if I have any serious problem.

We did not feel comfortable enough to stay at this hotel. It was very old and had a distinct odor from covering up old smoke smell. It was a great price but not for us. We ended up staying elsewhere. However staff was wonderful and understanding and cancelled the reservation without question.

I liked that it was pet friendly and the free breakfast. What we didn't like was that the room we had reeked of cat/dog urine. The room has carpet so that is not a good idea if its going to be pet friendly. The room had broken electrical outlets that were broken and the bathroom ceiling over the shower was peeling off.

Despite the fact that the inside looks a little bit old, the hotel is always clean with a good smell in all hallways. Not noisy, such a good place to live when you don’t want spend much money elsewhere.

Badly maintained property, dirty bathrom, broken towel handle, no soap or shampoo, the bedding is dirty, noise at night, they told us the coffee is available turns out taste very bad, phone is broken I had to go downstairs every time I need something I end up just deal with what I got, elevator is discussing, honestly beside the nice people working in the front desk I wouldn’t put my feet is such filthy hotel. And no house keeping during my 3 nights nobody came to refresh the room or change the towels… 0/10

Good for the price
Hotel was clean and nice to stay in. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. My only notes is that it’s not super updated. The shower doesn’t have a fan in it and the room it self is in an older style. But it was great for the price definitely would say again.

Room smelled like urine. There were no towels. Called front desk to get towels, told I had to come get them Myself. Bed was very uncomfortable. Only stayed because we were there one night just to sleep. Got up as soon as possible and left.

The front desk clerk was a very disturbing person. He came out of a closet with a raised voice asking me what I needed. He was acting suspicious and sweating profusely. So I left and got a room last minute at the Hampton Inn❤️❤️❤️

Not Great.
The hotel smelt like pot. There was no blanket or pillows for the sofa bed. Dishes were left in the dishwasher not put away. Behind the toilet was a white film of gunk and the shower rose was all blocked and didnt let much water out. The elevator broke down so we had to take the stairs with all our luggage. Going down the stairs all we could smell first thing in the morning was pot.
