"After reading some of the reviews, I was initially skeptical that this hotel would live up to the hype. I was wrong; it met all of our expectations. Room was clean; shower was great (walk in, no door), free breakfast, free soda. Only think my wife disliked was the pillows, but I slept fine and she did too!!"

"This place was such a perfect location to take my kids over to six flags! We went the day of check in and walked and then drove over after we checked out and I honestly think the walk from the room was shorter than their general parking lot area. Everything was so clean and breakfast was great. The kids swam and enjoyed themselves the whole time we stayed there. Will definitely stay again on our next adventure to six flags. We are from Oklahoma so it was a perfect weekend getaway spot."

"I travel to the DFW area at least once a month and have stayed at many hotels over the past year, but this has been my favorite by far. The property and rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The amenities were excellent, especially the gym. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. From check-in, where I was asked about my trip and given great restaurant recommendations, to the team wishing me a safe journey home, every interaction was warm and genuine. This was a 10/10 experience for me, and I have no reason to stay anywhere else when I return to the area."

"The first room given to us was not clean enough to stay in. The following room we were given was better. The air-conditioning was off when we arrived so the room was 82 when we turned it on. Took all night to get to 70. The room was mostly clean minus the dead Roach in the bathroom on the floor next to the trash can. The beds were made and fairly comfortable. The hallway on 6th floor had a musty smell maybe due to AC in the rooms being off but unknown."

"The two stars I’m giving are only for the night front desk agent and the housekeeping crew. The night time agent is SUPER friendly and goes above and beyond. But this place is CLEARLY understaffed. The night time line at the front desk is out the door and he is ALL ALONE!!! If you need anything to your room, he can’t do it. He is super nice though! The lady during the day makes you feel like you are inconveniencing by asking her ANYTHING!!! I believe her name is Irina or Irma. I’ve never been to a DoubleTree that doesn’t offer you cookies ANY time you go in or out or come to the front desk. She never offered, as opposed to the night time attendant, and actually said WE HAD TO PAY FOR THEM!!! We are 1000000% never staying at this DoubleTree again."

"no amenities. I had to attend a conference nearby at the last minute so here is my take: nice location. parking area seemed small but I found a spot. I noticed it got packed at night. shuttle to stadium was on time. exercise room was limited but the 3 machines were new. no breakfast - that is 'no bueno'. the coffee in the morning was a 2 star. price was fair what what one gets."
