"We were stranded due to cancelled flight and booked this hotel because it was nearby and had a shuttle. It also had great staff, amazing beds that we crashed in after our family of five (kids 17,15,4) slept in the Los Angeles airport the night before. The staff was truly amazing and we really had a great stay given all our travel complications. "

"With a major ground halt at DFW, this airport was accommodating and accessible. Al at the front desk was unbelievably calm and professional, there was hot coffee, and breakfast was ready early the next morning for everyone trying to get back to the airport! Shuttle from hotel to airport runs on the hour and you must reserve a seat one hour ahead of time. Kudos to this hotel staff!"
