โThe best hotel in old town Krakow. We were very happy with clean room, gorgeous spa and kind staff. We could reserve any tour in the desk. 100% recommended!โ
โPortal House apartments are in a super location only 300 meters from Old Town square literally a three or four minute walk. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Like MANY places in Europe the building has air conditioning but each individual room doesn't control it. Having said that I left yesterday and it was 93 degrees and the room was comfortable better than other places I've stayed as far as room temperature. โ
โStaff went above and beyond. Every detail every question answered. They followed up with us throughout our stay and we will definitely be returning hopefully to that same presidential suite with the balcony. The Bonerowski made us the happiest couple while in Krakow with their sincere hospitality. Everyone there should get a raise. Love it. โ
โSkulle have en ekstra overnatning og mรฅtte derfor skifte hotel. Til vores held fik vi et vรฆrelse her og det er absolut ikke sidste gang. Sรธdeste betjening og helt igennem skรธnt hotel. Masser af plads og flotte omgivelser. Tรฆt pรฅ alt. Dog er sovesofaen elendig og knager hver gang man vender sig, sรฅ ungerne sov ikke sรฅ godt. โ
