โIt was so wonderful trip in la gemma in Firenze ( Florence ), Staff was professional and the whole service and journey was excellent. I enjoyed the welcome drink and loved the design of the room.

โ4 night stay as part of our honeymoon. The woman on reception was excellent, gave us a full explanation of the suite and how it worked, what was included and such. She also gave us some restaurant recommendations which turned out to be lovely and really tasty.
