“The location is fantastic. I have stayed at these cabins a couple of times, and the value for the money is becoming less and less. It's a little disappointing to see the lack of maintenance in the units, to see piles of broken doors and building debris around the cabins, and wear and tear accumulating. “Nice place. The best beach of Oregon is just right across a street. However, this hotel is unmanned hotel. It was hard to check in by myself when I arrived late night. Also, area was too dark. I dropped my bag at the parking area and my stuffs are scattered and it was horroble experience to pick them up because it was completely dark and no light source there. Except that everything was great. Neighbor and cafes nearby were so great. You need to bring the print of the access code of your room....

“This was our first stay at a BnB and I was a little nervous about it but the host of the place made our experience outstanding. The place has all the amenities one can find in a hotel, a gorgeous ocean view, an amazing homemade breakfast ( German pancakes with various homemade sauces and jams were out of this world), but most importantly you feel at home. Would gladly come back!”

The bathroom door would stay closed and was in need of replaced the grout was falling apart on the bathroom with an old 70’s tile job and. The Heaters were disgustingly with rust. The bedding was stained and old and they were not comfortable even for one night. I would spend the extra 10 for a different hotel. Just my 2 cents. ”

“The staff were so very kind and helpful. Love the fire pits and the little game they have for finding the three objects, even if we didn’t find any of them. The rooms could use an update and more towels, two towels for three people just isn’t reasonable. The pool and hot tub needs a major remodel, the trees inside were dying and there was lots of dust and mildew around pool and spa ceilings.”

“We stayed in the romantic suite with a jacuzzi tub in it. The door did not have a safety lock. Just a doorknob lock. The windows weren't clean you couldn't even get a good look at the beach view. The price of the room was over $100 less if we had booked with them directly. There were stains on the comforter and the box spring cover. The bed was LUMPY and horrible to sleep on. I would never stay here again. There was also no way that bed is a King size.”

“I stayed at different places on my trip, but Sandcastle Inn was by far my favorite!!! I mean, you really can't get any closer to the water!! Beach access was a breeze, and loved the beach. I had a balcony room and kept the slider open, the air, the view and the sounds of the ocean were incredible!!!”
