Just a short walk to the bay. Pool was nice. I would have given a higher rating, however... there was mold by the door leading to the balcony, the tile floor wasn't very clean(hair and sticky spots) in several places and the exhaust fan wasn't securely attached to the ceiling. “Had the best stay at Decoy's!!!! Cottage #1 exceeded our expectations - THE VIEW!!! the adorable decor, the most comfortable bedding... I could not recommend this place more. The area is super safe and kid-friendly. The cottages do not have front desk staff available in person, but everyone we spoke to over the phone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We made the most beautiful memories here in the cottages with our family - 5 stars all around. Thank you, Decoy's!”

“Room smell like cigarettes and weed neighbors loud blocking the door ,lock on door didn't work had to put a chair against it bathroom half cleaned didn't feel safe this could be a good place but it must be cleaned up and monitored it was more people in rooms then should had i was truly up all night for the noise I left the next day only reason I didn't leave that night because of the late night drive it took me almost 6 hours to get there .”

I just wish there weren't as many maintenance things with our sink and the coffee and juice dispensers in the dining area. There are decent restaurants and shops nearby. “I want to say that this was the worst experience that I’ve had at any hotel. Do not go to this hotel. The manager is really rude and aggressive. The rooms are dirty and they smell like cigarettes and really bad. The floors are sticky and dirty. They only give you one towel and one little bar soap, no conditioner, no hygiene products. when we arrived the room was not even ready, and once we complained within an hour of the sticky floors, dirty rooms and smell we weren’t given any type of refund....

“While the cost of the room was great once we got into our room you could see that the place was really run down. Smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, paint missing from the walls, cleanliness was questionable, and didn’t feel safe. There are no amenities near by. Gentleman at the front counter was very nice and helpful but due to the condition of our room we ended up forfeiting the cost and going somewhere else.”

“When we checked in the front desk person was nice, we tried to check in around hour and a half early. Understandably, there were no rooms ready yet; she asked us to give them 20-30 minutes to get a room ready. We came back to check in and went to our room, upon opening the door the room was pungent with the smell of cigarette smoke. We notified the front desk and asked if we could switch rooms. They said we’d have to wait 20 minutes for a room to be cleaned, but they have an odor remover they...
