"AVOID. The desk closes early evening. I was held up in roadwork backups and arrived to find the office dark and the phone routed to an answering machine until 7 AM. I had to find alternate accommodation. I can’t imagine what would happen if something broke overnight — you’d just be stuck with it."

"Breakfast is good and staying at the hotel you get a coupon worth $7.50 off the breakfast choices, or a small breakfast covered completely. Staff is friendly but sometimes overworked when its crowded. Enjoy the lake view with your coffee!"

"Front desk staff was excellent, very helpful but the rooms need work. Carpeting in the room had large stains, sink cracked, multiple outlets non functional. Cold a.m. showers."

"We had a king suite with the whirlpool in the room. I knew I would have to clean the whirlpool myself before use just because I don’t trust others. 3 TIMES. I had to clean it 3 TIMES before the jets stopped spitting out gunk. The bed was horribly uncomfortable - barely any cushion to it. 3 of the lights in the room didn’t work. The shower pressure was great - if you like being pelleted. Definitely wouldn’t recommend washing your face in the shower with the shower heads they have. There was plenty of parking considering the hotel was completely booked. It’s in a very convenient spot. But it is definitely in need of an upgrade. "
